Hello, welcome to my blog. So happy you are here. This a space I wish I had to glean from years ago. I am a mother of four wonderful children whom God has blessed me to raise. My two oldest children are from a previous marriage. They have lived a majority of their adolescence going back-and-forth from two different family homes. God has also blessed me with a wonderful husband, whom I say is the world's greatest step-dad. He understands the role of co-parenting and step-parenting very well due to his upbringing. He has been a fountain of wisdom and encouragement for me and our children. God, my husband, and prayer have turned my co-parenting sorrows into joy. This mentality, established during my adolescence, has also assisted me when reaching outside of my comfort zone and facing my co-parenting journey: I grew up with a cattle rancher/bull rider/horse whisperer for a father. I was taught at a young age if you get bucked off, get right back on, have grit, and keep trying in all that you do. My mother instilled in me that where there is a will, there is a way. My number one goal in life is to please the Lord and fulfill His purpose in creating me. I hope you find respite here because co-parenting well might be one of the most difficult task you ever do.
